Our journey began in 1990 under the name Cleopatra for Marine Works, operating as a subcontractor in ship repair and marine services at Damietta Port. Our core activities included ship maintenance, welding, painting, crane and mechanical repairs, as well as deck and engine services. Key clients included Damietta Port Authority, the National Navigation Company, and the Egyptian Navigation Company. We also supported maintenance operations at Port Said Shipyard.

In 2004, we launched our first logistics project, handling the transshipment of buses and airport equipment cargo from Damietta Port to Libya. We managed breakbulk cargo operations for Beluga Heavy Lift under a subcontract with Ibramar Hamburg, delivering stevedoring, cargo handling and lashing, packing and securing, customs clearance, oversized cargo transport, and salvage works.

In 2014, we established Damietta Inter Trade, expanding into commodity trading and cross-border fisheries business, with active agency representation in India, Morocco, Mauritania, Tanzania, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Malawi.

In 2025, we launched Damietta Shipping Agency to officially offer full shipping agency services as part of our continuous expansion. With over 35 years of expertise in port operations, logistics, and cargo handling — both inland and at sea — we now deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions across all Egyptian ports.
